Ezreaonne Jackson was born in Jackson, Mississippi on January 14, 1951 to Warren L. Jackson and the late Yvonne Edwards. She was nurtured both Baptist (her father's preference) and African Methodist Episcopalian (her mother's preference). At age 19, she received Christ as her personal savior because of the street ministry of a young preacher who is now known as Bishop Curtis A. Timmons headquartered in Las Vegas, Nevada. In the early 70's, she was mentored by her spiritual and dearly beloved Godfather, the late Superintendent Jesse L. Martin of Zion Tabernacle C.O.G.I.C. She attended Charles Harrison Mason Bible College as well as Shiloh Christian Academy. She has served as Pastor's Aide, President of Missionary Department, Bulletin Coordinator, choir member, Local and Assistant District YWCC President, Jr. High Sunday school teacher and Sunday School Superintendent. As an active member David Wilkerson's (author of the Sword and the Switchblade), she ministered in the prisons, held outreach services, and managed a 24-hour telephone prayer tower in Sacramento, California.
While a member of the Churches of God in Christ, under the late Bishop R. Stewart; she was licensed by the Northern California Jurisdiction as a deaconess, missionary, and evangelist. She was tutored and served the Church of God in Christ for over 15 years. Experiencing a divine encounter and hearing the clarion call from God, "Take the Limits of Me" she joined Deliverance Temple in San Francisco under the leadership of Apostle Tony Cooper, where she was mentored in the prophetic/apostolic anointing. Apostle Tony Copper is prolific in Apostolic Kingdom Ministry and laid his mantle on her. Her evangeistlic mantle has caused her to travel extensively as she has preached in 24 states and many of the cities therein. Internationally she has spoken in Kingston, St. Catherine, Ocho Rios in Jamaica, West Indies to congregations of thousands. In the year 2002, the Apostolic Regent (College of consecrated Bishops and Apostles orchestrated by Dr. Garner Trafton) officially affirmed her 5-fold ministry as an Apostle.
Her career in the secular arena included (Kaiser Steel, AT&T, Dean Forwarding and Snelling Personnel to name a few), consisted of serving as Supervisor of Office Services, Assistant to the Human Resources Directors, International Freight Forwarder, and Administrative Assistant to Sales and Management. She is presently in full time ministry.
Her first founded work was The Evangelistic Deliverance Center in San Francisco/ Oakland, California. She is also founder of the "Touch of Compassion Outreach", which was birthed in Oakland, California and is now an active ministry in Richmond, VA. Apostle Jackson is CEO of Ezreaonne Jackson Ministries which serves as an outreach for Evangelism and the education and empowerment for leaders in ministry. She is Chief General of the yearly conference called "Conclave of the Generals of the Gospel". This platform enables those who have been in the background of ministry an opportunity to be exposed, solely to equip the Kingdom. Apostle Ezreaonne Jackson serves as 1st Assistant and Apostolic Chairman of the Board of Ordination and Consecrator for Alliance Ministries Equipping Nations (A.M.E.N) founded by Prelate Bishop Darryl F. She served as the Evangelistic Chair of the James Cleveland Gospel Music Workshop of America ("GMWA") Richmond, Virginia Chapter for over 5 years and is presently national member. Her vocal ministry is a work in progress as her debut occurred in March 2006 with the GMWA City-wide Live Recording Concert "Taking our Faith to Another Dimension" and GMWA National Convention 2006 in Dallas, Texas. She was lead soloist for two renowned International songwriters and recording artists, Steven Roberts ("God of Chances") and Samuel Bennett ("Acknowledgment Anthem", "King of Kings"). She serves as Chaplain on the Board of Directors for "Building the Fire Within". BTFW is a transition home for non-violent ex-offenders released from prison.
Apostle Ezreaonne Jackson is also a published author. The Perils of Ministry is her first literary published composition as she is preparing to publish her autobiography, sharing her testimony of her street life in San Francisco and her miraculous divine encounter with God, From the Pit to the Pulpit.
She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Theological Studies from the Regency Christian College in Jacksonville, Florida and recently received an Honorary Doctorate in Ministry from Trinity Bible College in Richmond, VA.
Apostle Ezreaonne is not a novice to media as she has experience in hosting television and radio programs and, thereby, has empowered many. She has launched and assisted in launching several ministries.
She has served on the Board of Directors for Women of the Apostolic Movement founded by Apostle Jean Porter of Charlotte, NC. Apostle Jackson has had the opportunity to be included on program dockets with Sarita Jakes, Sheryl Brady, Rita Twiggs, Helen Baylor, Suzie Owens, Wanda Frazier-Parker, and a cameo appearance with Pastor Shirley Caesar-Williams and many other profound kingdom ministers.
Her personal focus and motto is: "INTEGRITY A MUST." She has sons and daughters throughout the states who are pastors and church leaders, displaying the integrity of Jesus because of their spiritual mother's mantle.
She is the natural mother of Mrs. Ezreaonne Richmond, son, Sergeant James Richmond (US Army), and grandmother of four wonderful babies (Dareaone, Areaonna, Jaydn, and a'Mani). Her extended family are Godson's Areaone and, Pedro and daughters, Jacquie, Renee, Phyllis and Tralyne.
